Did you know that what you eat and drink can make your body 🧍‍♀️ smell 👃 in funny ways? Scientists say everyone has a unique ✨ pattern of body odor, just like a fingerprint! Your stomach is full of bacteria 🦠 that break down 🍽️ your food and produce gas 💨, which comes out when you burp or in your breath 🌬️. Your skin also plays a role. When you sweat 😅, your smell can change depending on what you eat, even in your armpits 🖐️! So every meal can make you a little more… interesting. 😜

Some foods are famous for strong smells because they contain sulphur 🥦, like broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower. Garlic is a special case: it can make your breath 🌬️ strong, but it can even improve your armpit 🖐️ smell! Drinks matter too. Alcohol 🍷 can make you smell stronger, and coffee ☕ or tea 🍵 can increase sweat 😅, especially in your armpits. But don’t worry—if you want to smell nice, eat oranges 🍊, apples 🍎, parsley 🌿, and yoghurt 🥛, and drink water 💧 or green tea 🍵. Science says these foods can make your body 🧍‍♀️ smell sweet and fresh! 🌸
