• Person who receives the mail.

Subject

• Tell a story about the person who sends the mail.
• Gives the recipient an idea of what the message is about in 130 characters or less.
• Includes topic, punctuation, and correct spelling.

Reply

• Opens a window allowing the responder to enter a message and send it to the person who sent the message without entering his or her e‑mail address.
• Closes the window so that no one can rely to the message.
• Opens and closes a mail so others cannot respond.
