What is citizenship?

• Something that is given automatically when a person moves to a different country
• Being a member of a nation or country and having full rights  and responsibilities under the law. 
• That other grade on your report card that nobody really looks at
• A large boat that only carries passengers that are members of a certain country

What is naturalization?

• When your eat only foods that are "all natural"
• When a person is born in the country they hold citizenship in
• The process of of gaining permanent resident status
• The process that allows immigrants to become citizens.

To be naturalized, you need to 1) be over 18 years old, 2) be a resident for 5 years, 3) be of good moral character, 4) speak English, and

• have a college degree
• have voted in the last election
• pass a civics test
• marry a U.S. citizen

The last step in the process of becoming a citizen is to
