you are a House prefect and something comes up with your assessment work

• focus on the assessment because that is what school is really about 
• fisnih the assessment quickly and rush to House commitment as soon s you can 
• plan your time so they don't clash - if they do communicate 
• if ts urgent , unavoidable - arrange for a fellow leader to cover you 

you are a sports leader - your team is really playing badly  - at the break you bring them together - you should 

• worry about your own game because thats all you can control
• shout at them to start playing like a team and shows some guts 
• reinforce that as a team we can play better and if we help each other we can win 
• snap at the guys letting the team down because they have to do the right thing 

if you were leading an outdoor ed bike group - your main job would be 

• ride at the front so everyone knows where we are going 
• riding as fast as you could to set a winning or impressive pace for the group 
• rotate the group so everyone gets to know each other 
• make sure the guys who aren't good riders don't fall behind
