When should you start the Do NOW task on the screen?

• The last 5 seconds before Do NOW time is over.
• Never.
• When the bell rings.
• As soon as you can, after getting what you need.

After you read the screen, what do you do?

• Act like you didn't read the screen.

• Throw things at people.

• Go to your seat to take out binder, notebook, etc. Then, put away backpack on the shelf.

What Voice Level should you use for the DoNOW?

• 0 = Quiet

• 1 = Partner Talk, Whisper

• 2 = Table Talk

• 3 = Whole Class Can Hear

If you brought homework to turn in, you...

• Turn it in right away.

• Read the screen first to know what to do with the homework.

• Keep it in your backpack, never to see the light of day.

• Let someone copy it and get in trouble later.

When can you go back into your backpack on the shelf?
