• An employee whose overall job is to make sure that the organization meets its goals and obligations.
• An employee that runs the warehouse & operational activities.
• Direct control of the entire business/
• People who are responsible for setting requirements

Middle Level Management

• Carries out decisions from top level management. Responsible for planning and controlling an operation.  Includes plant managers & department heads.
• Also known as the CEO or President
• Responsible for day to day activities.

First Line Management (supervisory)

• Responsible for directing the day to day activities of operational employees.
• CEO, President, Vice President
• Directly under top level 
• Carries out orders from top

Top Level Management

• Warehouse supervisor
• Setting goals for the future. President & CEO
