• listen and follow instruction
• tell jokes in class
• keep others from learning

• talk because it's a free country

• talk while the teacher is given instructions

When working in a group or with a partner

• I will speak loud enough so everyone in the class can hear.

When I enter the class, I will ....

• enter quietly, get need materials and be seated.

• stand near the door waiting for others to enter.
• leave out to talk with other in the  hallway.
• sit on desk and talk with others

To be ready and responsible, I will...

• have all materials needed.
• go to sleep during class.
• yell, 'I need a pencil!'.
• say,'Ms Tickles, can I go get my pencil from my last class."
