When the location develop the annual site improvement plan (SIP)…

• Dedicated HSE committee, employees representatives, the local works councils and employee union should participate.
• Dedicated HSE committee , employee union and  employees representatives should participate.

The site management team should be involved in risk management by assessing risk and ranking them using AkzoNobel risk acceptance criteria.

• Yes, the ranking should also be used as a key input when developing or reviewing the annual SIP.

Should the outcome from BBS annual reviews be included in the site improvement plan?

• Yes, it is part of the HSE regular reviews.

When there is a severity incident (12.5) happened at my location?

• HSE center of expertise will approve the investigation method and investigation team.

Who is responsible for communication of HSE information to the employees at the location?

• Anybody who is assigned for communication.

What kind of HSE training do I need to provide to employees at my location?

• All the relevant HSE training depending on your roles and responsibilities.
• The basic HSE training for employees including LSR , emergency response and BBS.
