Why is it important to look both ways when crossing?

• so cars see you and stop
• so that cars can beep at you
• so your mom can yell at you
• to see if your dog is coming down the street

Why are safety rules important?

• because your mom says so
• to prevent injuries and save lives
• to have the police come
• to make lunch better

What is the best thing to do while walking?

• run out in the street
• chat with your friends
• stay off your phone, and stay alert.
• don't cross at the corner

What is the wrong thing to do while walking?

• Walk on sidewalks
• Look left, right, and left again before crossing
• Cross at crosswalks
• Wear dark clothes at night

If you are riding in a car, you should always

• yell out the window
• buckle up
• jump around in the back seat
• get out on the driver's side of the car

If you are not tall enough, you should

• sit on a booster seat
• take vitamins
• climb in the front seat
