'פסוק ו says when Jewish slave serves for longer he will serve the master "לעולם" . This means until when? (Rashi)

We know from פסוקים כד-כה that if someone injures another, he is required to pay for the damage done. From פסוקים יח-יט we learn that he must pay for what other two expenses?
