What are Tier 1 Infractions?

• Cell phone violation, Tardies, Dress code violations, Out of area (on campus), Inappropriate use of School Technology.

• Non-Compliance with Directives, Disrespect toward Staff, Possession of Tobacco/Vaporizer, Classroom Disruptions (Profanity/Obscenity), Out of Area (Leaving Campus)

• Possession of Drugs/Alcohol, Sexual Harassment, Possession of Weapons, Theft, Physical Violence, Bullying, Vandalism

What are Tier 2 Infractions?

• 3 Days OSS & Parent/Teacher Conference

• 3 Days OSS & Parent - Teacher Conference

• Lunch Detention only

If someone continuously disrupts class, does not listen to teachers' and staff instructions, uses tobacco (dips/vapes/smokes) all the time, what will happen?

• 10 Days OSS, Parent/Teacher Conference and Recommendation for E-Academy

• Lunch detention for 5 days

• Discussion with administration only

• Phone call home only

• 5-10 Days OSS, Parent/Teacher conference and Recommendation for E-Academy
