You buy a top, without trying it on, and when you get home it is too large. You are entitled to

• A refund

• An exchange, because it is fine to try clothes on at home.

• A store credit

• Nothing, next time try it on!

You buy some milk & later realise it was sold after the "use-buy" date. You are entitled to:

• Nothing- you should have checked the 'use-by-date'.

• An exchange only.

• A refund only.

• An exchange or refund - you choose!

You buy a DVD at Kmart for $24 and later that day see it at Target for $19. You are entitled to

• to exchange the DVD for a different one

• Nothing- next time shop around

• receive a store card or voucher from Kmart for $24

• a full refund from Kmart.

You buy a pair of headphone and later find the left speaker doesn't work properly. You are:

• entitled to nothing

• entitled to only a replacement

• only entitled to the store sending it to be fixed

• entitled to a refund if you desire

A mum buys a baby's jacket & sees on the news that the 'toggles' are a chocking hazard. She is:

• only entitled to a replacement jacket

• entitled to a refund.

• nothing as she bought the it before the problem was on TV.
