• 2-3 teachers or teams

• 3-4 teachers or teams

• unlimited

My quarterly classroom visit goal was

• each teacher in at least two different classes at least once

• each teacher in each class they teach at least once

• each teacher at least 4-5 times

• each teacher, every day

My monthly collaborative planning goal was

• one grade level or content

• two grade levels or contents

• one grade level or content, weekly

• whichever is my favorite

My ideal coach is

• Mike Ditka (usually associated with the Bears)

• Pat Summitt (University of Tennessee basketball)

• Andre Agassi (tennis, currently for Novak Djokovic)

• Christie Rampone (soccer, USA women's team)

• Any of the above
