Which option BEST represents Epic Games' approach to making "Fortnite" appealing to players?
Epic Games surveyed groups of parents and read their blogs to determine what types of factors keep kids engaged in video games, then advertised "Fortnite" directly to a young audience.
Epic Games partnered with creators of other games that have been extremely popular with kids, such as "Pokemon Go" and "Call of Duty," and included similar elements in the game "Fortnite."
Epic Games made "Fortnite" free to download, used graphics and gameplay that kids could relate to, and incorporated options for players to upgrade their characters through in-game purchases.
Epic Games established an online presence on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter to promote the updates to "Fortnite," then encouraged players to invite their friends to play the game.

Which answer choice would BEST describe James Batchelor's reaction to the mobile app version of "Fortnite"?
He believes that most video game players prefer to play on the go with their smartphones, and that this trend will eventually cause the decline of traditional gaming systems.
He believes that "Fortnite" was able to gain more players because it was available as a free download, but that the game won't be able to sustain this marketing strategy for long.
He believes that companies should pick one gaming system for their games and stick to it, and that doing so will prevent any confusion that a crossover could cause.
He believes that more powerful smartphones allow companies to produce better mobile games, and that this has been demonstrated by the recent success of "Fortnite."

Which piece of evidence from the article MOST appeals to the reader's sense of logic?
Previously only available on video game consoles and PC, the game was recently given a limited release as an iPhone version. Within hours it topped Apple's iTunes app sales chart in 13 countries. It made $1.5 million for Epic Games, the game's developer, in its first three days, according to Sensor Tower, a company that helps other companies optimize their mobile apps.
What is gaining most attention, though, is how popular the game is with children. Parents are venting their concerns on Facebook and Twitter, with one mother stating: “[It’s the] only game my boys and their friends play. 'FIFA' is forgotten all of a sudden as well as 'Call of Duty' for the older ones.”
Some players have been streaming video of themselves playing the game. In March, the top “Fortnite” streamer Tyler “Ninja” Blevins played against the rapper Drake on the online streaming channel Twitch. More than 600,000 people tuned in to watch, doubling the channel’s previous record for views.
For all its success, however, "Fortnite" is likely to be subject to the ever-changing impulses and interests of its largely young audience. The last big crossover gaming craze, "Pokemon Go," hit 750 million downloads and more than $950 million in revenue in its first year on sale, but has now dropped out of the top 50 iPhone game downloads, according to the data site App Annie.
