I wonder who made P.E. class mandatory? He was a great guy! It is a welcome break from sitting in chairs. In a recent poll, P.E. was the favorite subject of elementary students. I wish there was P.E. more often! What is the author's viewpoint about gym class?

The average school day for kindergarteners is getting longer, and it's paying off in improved reading skills. This improvement will continue from elementary school to high school. Coffee is horrible for you. Many people who drink coffee in the morning have a difficult time making it through the day, if they do not have their morning cup of Joe. They will have a horrible headache due to their need for caffeine. Not only that, coffee can leave quite a message on your teeth. If you look carefully at coffee drinkers' teeth, they are stained yellow or even brown. That definitely cannot be good.
