Coffee is horrible for you. Many people who drink coffee in the morning have a difficult time making it through the day, if they do not have their morning cup of Joe. They will have a horrible headache due to their need for caffeine. Not only that, coffee can leave quite a message on your teeth. If you look carefully at coffee drinkers' teeth, they are stained yellow or even brown. That definitely cannot be good.
