• Move all docs saved in your Desktop into your OneDrive folder and Move your Personal Archive emails/folders into MyArchive

• Make sure to restart your desktop/laptop prior to logging in to Gmail for the first time

• Gmail icon will be pushed to your desktop. Set Chrome as your default browser. Go to Chrome>Settings (scroll down)>Click set Chrome as default browser

• Delete all unnecessary emails to speed up the migration. Empty your Trash folder

• 1.Restart your PC, then log-in.

  2.Open the Chrome browser & go togmail.capitalone.com

  3.Enter your email address([e-mail])

  4.Click Sign in or Next & enter yourpassword.

• Go to hangouts.google.comor open Hangouts inGmail

• Access your Calendar by selecting the Apps grid icon at the top right of your browser and clicking on the Calendar icon

• Access Google Drive by selecting the Apps grid icon at the top right of your browser and clicking on the Drive icon

• MS Outlook messages and Calendar will be in Read-only format

  Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner and click Settings to configure Gmail preferences
