What is a database query?

• A query is when you interrogate (search, sort, filter) a database to find some information.

• A query is output from a database in which the results are presented in a formatted way that is controlled by the user

• A query is a search to find all the patients with breathing problems because they need to be sent flu injection letters.

• A query is the ability of a piece of software to read and use the data produced by a different piece of software

What is "mailmerge"?
