A bumblee is a funny-looking creature. It has six fuzzy black legs that are very skinny. It has a fat, fuzzy body that has black and yellow stripes. It has two small wings on its back. The bumblebee flies very slowly and does not fly straight very well.

The chemical that makes fireflies glow also helps protect them. Other bugs might want to eat fireflies. If they do, they discover that the chemical makes the bugs taste bad. For this reason, other bugs learn not to eat fireflies.
