What should the students do when there is no teacher inside the Art Studios?

• Enter the studio and wait for the teacher to come

• Enter the studio only when the teacher is here

• Call the teacher and inform him/ her that she/ he is entering the studio

What should the teacher do when students report about faulty machines/ equipment?

• Machines or equipment that are damaged or badly worn out should not be used. All faulty machine and equipment must be reported immediately and an "Out of Order" sign must be prominently displayed on the machines. Call professionals for help after lesson.

• Teacher should ask the students to use the machines/ equipment quickly to complete their work. This is so that it would not affect their submission when the machines/ equipment breaks down fully.

• Teacher should scold the student for misusing the machine/ equipment and ask the student to fix it on their own.

• Teacher should try to repair the machine and if it works, allow students to use it to complete their work. If it does not work, teacher should fix it after lesson.
