What do you do if you need a pencil?

• look for one on the floor

• ask for one while the teacher is giving instructions

• on Mrs. Ly's desk in the pink container and write your name on the board

• just sit and do nothing

How many bathroom passes are you given each quarter

• One

When can you ask to use the restroom?

• Any time you want.

• when you have a pass

• after the first 15 and before the last 15 with a pass

• after the first 15 and before the last 15 minutes

How do you complete the refocus form?

• completely using complete sentences

• just write something on the paper

• take your time

• answer the questions

What does NOT result in an automatic lunch detention?

• Three refocuses in one week

• being refocused

• being sent to SRC

• Talking while walking to, sitting in, and walking from refocus

When is it ok to ask questions?

• any time you want

• when you raise your hand and are called on

• as long as you raise your hand

• before or after class

Where do you turn in work?

• on Mrs. Ly's desk

• to Mrs. Ly

• the correct bin in the back

• pass it forward to the front to be collected

Where will you find instructions at the beginning of the room?

• On the board when you come in

• wait for Mrs Ly to give them

How can you bring up your grade?

• retake or redo assignments any time before grades close
