What are the responsibilties of Emergency Commander?

• •Ensure that personnel are evacuating their workplace

• •Ensure that personnel are mustering at the Assembly Point

• • Conduct head count
• •Ensure that missing person(s) are reported so that a search can be effected

• Stating clearly the nature of emergency and provide proper description.

What are the responsibilities of Fire Warden?

• •To render appropriate support to the emergency commander/emergency controller and also to convey emergency information to personnel

• •Grab a hailer or raise the alarm and alert personnel of emergency by shouting “fire,fire,fire”

• •report any missing persons to the Emergency and Communication Commander

• •Grab the first aid box and to provide immediate first aid treatment to the injured person(s) pending arrival of Medical Services personnel .

• •To render appropriate assistance under the instruction of Medical Officers

What are the responsibilities of First Aider?

• Maintaining an accurate time log of the emergency, instruction and communications during emergency period

• Conduct headcount at the assembly point and confirm number of personnel. Verify any missing person and report to emergency commander.
