• As OEMS Change Agent for respective level, coordinate overall OEMS implementation & sustenance, ensure PDCA cycle is established & executed & align OEMS activities with Business direction.

• As the focal person for respective level OEMS ECM System, ensure all ECM users are trained, assist users on ECM matters & perform the role as Document & Record Manager.

• Establish / support OEMS Network across respective level by facilitating the leveraging of best practices across Business / OPU / Departments.

• Own respective element by ensuring requirements of the element is met & documents are continuously being improved based on findings, recommendations & action items raised from MSR, audits & others.

All the following on the roles and responsibilities of Element Focal Person is true with the exception?

• Own respective element at respective level by ensuring requirements of the element is met & documents are continuously being improved based on findings, recommendations & action items raised from MSR, audits & other relevant sources.

• Review & approve all L2 or L3 documents.

• Strategize the operationalization of new requirements for respective element by evaluating changes & identifying appropriate implementation plan & the resources required, incorporating any new requirements into documents & manage any deviation to new requirement by securing relevant approval.

• Conduct assurance activities for respective element to identify strength & gap, analyze performance, compliance & effectiveness, propose recommendations for improvement during MSR & track and drive completion of corrective actions.

One of the following role and responsibility does not belong to Section Focal Person

• Owner of OEMS Enterprise Content Management (ECM).

• Ensure EFP roles are filled and properly executed for respective Section .

• Propose improvements to EFP to enhance overall section performance.

• Review and approve all L2 or L3 documents.
