Work Ethic

You finish work 15 minutes early and are typically allowed to leave when done. You notice a coworker has about 25 minutes of work left. Which would be a work ethic “best practice”?

• You want to be sure your friends can reach you when they want, so you try to be discrete when you look at it.

• Work should never be enjoyable, so you will just have to call them after work.

• Try your best to talk and work at the same time.

• Try to keep all of the catching to the first 15 minutes of work and work really hard the rest of the day.
