• To get together as a family and have fun without electronics

Why do we blow the shofar?

• So we will have a sweat new year

• So our prayers will be heard

• To symbolizes that the fast ended and Rosh hashanah has started

• To wake everyone up

Why do we fast?

• So will focus on apologizing to people we hurt instead of eading

• Because it says in the torah that you have to fast

Why do we eat pomegranates?

• It's delicius

• so that we will do as Mitzvot as there are seeds in the pomegranate

• So we will have a sweet new year

What does atonement mean?

• confessing a sin

• Doing a sin

• being a bad person
