Recess has been proven to be beneficial. When children have recess they tend to be less fidgety. They stay more on task. That causes learning to be quicker because children are paying more attention and there is more time to go over things. Also, children need sunlight and physical activity.

At Hoover Middle School, conferences will be held on Tuesday afternoon and all day Thursday. Students will still have school on Tuesday and conferences will start at 4.
