Stem-changing verbs change in:

• all the persons (yo, tú, .....)

• all but 1st and 2nd plural (nosotros y vosotros)

• only in 1st and second plural (nosotros y vosotros)

When you have a stem-changing verb the change happens...

• in the last vowel before the infinitive inflexion

• in the first vowel of the stem/root

• it does not matter

En el campo mi padre ______ (llenar) la cantimplora con agua dulce.

• lliena

• llenas

Mi tío _________ (encender) la fogata con leña del campo.
