• Student/s will be given a verbal warning and redirected by teacher. Teacher will follow up with student at another time in order to reinforce redirected behavior.

• Student will be asked to leave class and to go to another teacher’s classroom from the same grade level department.

• Student will be given an official behavioral form to fill out and and give back to the teacher (before the end of the period) which will explain their behavior/actions.

• Parent/s or guardian/s will be informed of their student’s behavior and actions in class.

• Student may be asked to go to a buddy classroom, fill out a behavior reflection form, get it signed by their parent(s)/guardian(s) and she will call home so my parent(s)/guardian(s) can work with me on following classroom procedures.

• Student/s will be redirected by teacher and be informed of the potential consequences of continuing any questionable or inappropriate behavior.

• Students will follow up with consequences provided to them by administration (OCR or out of school suspension).

• Students will be sent to a buddy room with a reflection form

• Parent(s)/Guardian(s) will be notified and students will follow up with consequences provided to them by administration (OCR or out of school suspension)
