Using starting blocks can help improve your sprint time. First, take one step from the starting line with one foot and place the blocks at the end of your foot. Second, take a second step then place your first block pad on the holder. Finally, take a third step and place the second block pad on the holder. Test to make sure the setting works before the race.

How to Make Slime

Squeeze about 4 ounces of glue into a glass bowl. Mix in 1 1/2 bottles of warm water. Add your food coloring (optional). Slowly add the solution to the glue mixture.
