• Ask it straight away.

• Stay quiet and not ask.

• Scroll up through the chat history to check first, and if it's not there, then I can type it.

• Write the question three times if nobody replies straight away.

If I write something on Google Hangout chat, I should

• Write all your thoughts on one chat rather than sending 10 chat messages to communicate one thought.

• Write things as they come into my head, click send, and then write more and send as I remember.

• Stay quiet. I shouldn't type anything ever.

• Type the same thing many times so I fill the screen with my messages.

When joining a Google Hangout Video chat, I should

• Mute my computer

• Keep the sound on so everyone can hear me

• Turn my video off

• Not bother joining as it's not important

When I have a question or comment during a Video chat, I should

• Unmute straight away so I can speak to everyone
