• Feet and chair flat on floor for balance

• Feet should be on the table

• You should be leaning back in your chair

How should your back be positioned?

• Lean back in your chair

• Sit with your spine straight and leaning slightly forward

• Lean slightly back

What angle should your knees be at?

• 180 degree angle

• 90 degree angle

• 45 degree angle

How should your fingers be positioned?

• Fingers should be straight

• Fingers should be curved

What should your eyes be on when typing?

• Keep eyes on computer screen

• Keep eyes on keyboard

• Keep eyes on copy (paper)

How should your elbows be positioned?

• Close to body

• Far away from body

How should your wrist be positioned?

• wrist low

• wrist high

How should you key?

• With a light tap

• With a heavy Tap
