What are your IEP goals based on in your IEP?

Who should  make-up the IEP team?

• family members and the student's English and Math teachers
• assistant principal, principal, counselor and one teacher
• Science teacher, special education teacher
• parents/ guardians, student's caseload manager, all of student's teachers

Who should sign the IEP?

• All you need are  the parents' signature.
• All of the student's teachers
• The teachers who attended the meeting and the parents, including all who attended regardless  of the role
• Only administrators, parents, one or two teachers.

Transition goals are goals the IEP team writes for you...

• during high school to prepare for Life After High School

• after high school when you graduate

• for college when you leave high school

• for work when you finish high school
