Pour poser une question au prétérit, j'utilise l'auxiliaire:

L'ordre d'une question en anglais est toujours:

• sujet - auxiliaire - mot interrogatif - verbe

• verbe - sujet- mot interrogatif - auxiliaire

• mot interrogatif- auxiliaire - sujet - verbe

did est utilisé à toute les personnes

• vrai

• faux

find the corresponding question: she moved in 1997.

• When did she moved?

• When did she move?

• Where did she move?

reorder the question: she - win - did- an Oscar - in 2017

• She did win an Oscar in 2017?

• Did she win an Oscar in 2017?

• Win she did an Oscar in 2017?

Si la question commence par un auxiliaire, je ne peux répondre que par Yes, I did. ou No, I didn't.
