• Measuring Success criteria

The Phase review is

• a review of the deliverables

• a review done on completion of the project

• a section review of each part of the project

• a review of the risks

The Project Closure section has 3 main sections, these are

• A Project Summary

• Staff performance

• The Reason for closure

• Assessment of Performance in the Project

Projects normally do not come to a sudden. There are a large number of inclusions that need to be within the Next Step. See the list and tick the correct ones

• Disposal of equipment

• Formal announcements

Evaluation Section: There are four main areas for obtaining information to include in the evaluation of a project. What are they?

• Feed back from Stakeholder

• Feasibility report

• Discussions with project team

• End user feedback

• Client feedback

The evaluation closure report is made up of eight sections

• Name of owner of the project and name of the evaluation lead

• The participants in the evaluation

• Successes, Failures, Lessons learned.

• Action plan and appendices

• Discussions with critical friend and other users.
