MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION

Do not choose the answer you agree with OR think your teachers agree with. Use your evaluating arguments notes to objectively determine who made the strongest arguments on the issue of: gun control
The US needs stricter gun control laws to protect women. Women are murdered every day in the US by guns and that is awful. Most women are probably afraid that they could be harmed in this way. There are many couples who argue, so that could potentially lead to more women getting harmed by guns. Also, I feel that women are more afraid of guns and other weapons than men, so they need more laws to protect them.
"More gun control laws are needed to protect women from domestic abusers and stalkers. Five women are murdered with guns every day in the United States. [10] A woman's risk of being murdered increases 500% if a gun is present during a domestic dispute. [11] During the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, 5,364 US soldiers were killed in action between Oct. 7, 2001 and Jan. 28, 2015; between 2001 and 2012 6,410 women were killed with a gun by an intimate partner in the United States. [10][12]"

1. Do not choose the answer you agree with OR think your teachers agree with. Use your evaluating arguments notes to objectively determine who made the strongest arguments on the issue of: homework
Shane Farrell, an eighth grade math teacher at Henley Middle School, has not assigned a single day’s homework for years.
“I found that I was wasting a lot of classroom time, chasing down homework, spending time reviewing homework, and it didn’t correlate with students' test scores at the end of the year,” he said.
Source: https://www.whsv.com/
Excessive (too much) homework leads to cheating: 90% of middle school students and 67% of high school students admit to copying someone else's homework, [30] and 43% of college students engaged in "unauthorized collaboration" on out-of-class assignments. [31] Even parents take shortcuts on homework: 43% of those surveyed admitted to having completed a child's assignment for them. [32]

MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION

Do not choose the answer you agree with OR think your teachers agree with. Use your evaluating arguments notes to objectively determine who made the strongest arguments on the issue of: eating a vegetarian diet (no meat)
There's some evidence that vegetarians have a lower risk for cardiac events (such as a heart attack) and death from cardiac causes. In one of the largest studies — a combined analysis of data from five prospective studies involving more than 76,000 participants published several years ago — vegetarians were, on average, 25% less likely to die of heart disease.

Jane Doe, a longtime vegetarian, stated in an interview, "Eating meat is unfair to the poor animals who die, so we can get our meals. If you had a pet cow instead of a pet puppy, I'm sure you would think twice before eating a Big Mac."

Do not choose the answer you agree with OR think your teachers agree with. Use your evaluating arguments notes to objectively determine who made the strongest arguments on the issue of: vaping/e-cigarettes
Nicotine is the primary agent in both regular cigarettes and e-cigarettes, and it is highly addictive. It causes you to crave a smoke and suffer withdrawal symptoms if you ignore the craving. Nicotine is also a toxic substance. It raises your blood pressure and spikes your adrenaline, which increases your heart rate and the likelihood of having a heart attack.
