What is Anxiety?

• the uneasy feeling, fear or worry that occurs in everyone's life from time to time

• the feeling of being extremely angry about something.

• the feeling of having your heart broken

• the feeling of being down on life.

Anxiety can be caused by...

• being mentally ill

• being in quarantine

• stressful situations or people

• breathing into a brown paper bag

What should you do if you begin to start to feel anxious?

• Scream so that you can feel better

• Call the doctor

• BREATH! Take a deep breath in and out, try and focus on the air coming in and out of your lungs

• Get ready to fight
