Each team must have eleven players. The two teams should wear different colours. Only one player can touch the ball with their hands.

The two contestants must wear white. They bow to each other at the beginning of the contest. Contestants must only attack the arms and legs of their opponent.

There are 18 players on each side. Players must kick a an oval ball between four tall posts for either 1 point or 6 points. Players can use their hands or their feet.
