Policy and Procedures Day 2

You are allowed to eat and drink the following, in class:

• Diet Coke and Cheetos

What is a CHAMPS board?

• Helps students understand what is expected of them during an activity.

• Identifies who the best reader is.

If you are absent and miss work, what should you do?

• Ask the teacher as soon as I walk into the room, the day that I get back to school.

• Ask the Teacher what I missed, while she is teaching a lesson.

• Look on Google Classroom. If I still have questions, I should come in for tutoring or email the teacher.

If you are an online student and you turn in an assignment late, what do you need to do, so that the teacher knows to go back and look for the work.

• Send the teacher an email, so that she knows that you turned it in.

• Turn it in online. You don’t have to do anything else, because it’s digital and can’t get lost.

If you are an in person student, and you turn an assignment in late, what must you do?

• Fill out a late slip, staple it to the assignment, and put it in the late box.

• Hand it to the teacher, as soon as you get it done.

• Only fill out a late slip if it was an online activity.

When you are leaving the classroom and you are signing the Hall Log, you should always:

• Borrow a pencil from someone in the front row.
