MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION

1 min • 1 pt

If you are writing the story from Margot's point of view, which would be good way to start the story?

Hi, my name is Eden and I’m going to tell you a story about All Summer in a Day and in this story I’m going to tell you about how bullying is bad.

Today was going to be a great day. The sun was finally going to come out for the first time in 7 years. For me it had been 5 long years since I’d seen the sun, but I could still remember what it looked and felt like. The other kids were only 2 the last time the sun came out for an hour. They thought I was lying when I described the sun. They don’t like me very much because they can tell I don’t like them.

Margot was excited that she was going to see the sun for the first time in 5 years. It would be the first time she had seen the sun since her parents brought her to Venus when she was 4 years old. The other children didn’t remember seeing the sun because they had all been born on Venus and had only been 2 when it came out for an hour 7 years ago. Margot didn’t fit in very well with the other kids and was bullied by William. I think they were jealous that she had been born on Earth and might even get to return.
