Read the passage below. Then determine which answer is the best example to illustrate the main idea through supporting details?
''The Wolf in Sheep's Clothing'' by Aesop
One day a hungry wolf was wandering around, looking for his next meal. He stumbled upon a group of sheep. Before he made his attack, he noticed a shepherd with attack dogs. He plotted the whole day how he would find his way to the sheep without being caught. He saw in the distance a sheep pelt, laying in a far away area. The wolf made his way to the pelt, placing it upon his own pelt. Shortly after, he walked over to where the sheep were. The wolf would trick sheep, one by one, to lead the sheep away from the others. Once alone, the wolf would eat the sheep. He continued doing this for weeks, enjoying good meals. Appearances can at times be deceptive.
Appearances can be deceptive.
Appearances can be deceptive; be careful whom to trust. This lesson is learned by the trusting sheep who would mistake the wolf for being one of their own, due to a pelt the wolf wears. The wolf uses his deceptive appearance to trick the sheep, taking them away from the others, one by one, to eat them.
A Wolf in a Sheep's Clothing tells the story of a wolf who tricks the sheep into believing he is one of them by wearing a sheep pelt. He lures each sheep one by one and then eats them.
People who are trusting like sheep will be tricked by people who act like wolves.
