Riddle Quiz

I am a number. My first digit is larger than the sum of the other two digits. Adding the 3rd and 3rd digit is smaller than the 2nd digit. I compose of no even numbers in the number and when you add all digits. It makes a 2 digit number when you add all of the digits and when you add all the two digits together, it makes an Even number lower than the 2nd digit of the number in question. What 3 digit number am I?
