When we have to add -er (Comparative) and -est (Superlative), it is corret to say that:

I. In one-syllable adjectives finishing in consonant-vowel-consonant, we have to double the last consonant before adding the termination.

II. We have to use "more" and "the most" before the adjective.

III. If the adjective finishes in "y" we have to remove the "y"

and add "i" before the termination.

most two-or more- syllabe adjectives.
