• Escalate the ticket as speed variance case

• inform him that his speed downgraded [till the end of the monthly subscription] after consuming the basic Quota

• Add open DNS

• Transfer cst to Option Pack Q

• Transfer cst to Family VDN

• Trouble shooting normally
