Joshua chapter 17& 18

In chapter 17 we learn about the portion from the promise land to the tribe of Manasseh the firstborn of Joseph, and the request of daughters of ‘Zelophehad’ to have their portion as the Lord command to the Moses.

On Chapter 18 we learn about the negligence of the seven tribes to receive their portions from the promise land!! We also learn about the portion of the Benjamites.

On chapter 17 verse 4 we see how the daughters of Zelophehad came before Joshua and asked about their portions. We should learn to speak up in a polite way to defend our rights and also faith. Ask God in prayer to help you and support you to stand up for your beliefs.
