The Netherlands is known as a part of the "low countries". Given the polders in the Netherlands and it's position next to the sea, this could be a major problem there:

• Drought

• Rising sea levels/Flooding

• Wildfires

• Famine

Demographic indicators say that Eastern Europe lags behind Western Europe. What could explain this?

• Eastern Europe was nuked by the US in WW2.

• Eastern Europe followed along with the US in the Cold War and the US took all of its oil.

• Eastern Europe invaded Russia and destroyed its economy.

• Eastern Europe was with the Russia/USSR Command Economy system (Communism).

Canada says to Northern Europe: we are on the same latitude, but it's colder in Canada. Why is it like that?!
