Fox and a Cat

One day a cat and a fox were having a conversation. The fox, who was a conceited creature, boasted how clever she was. 'Why, I know at least a hundred tricks to get away from our mutual enemies, the dogs,' she said.

I know only one trick to get away from dogs,' said the cat. 'You should teach me some of yours!'

“Well, maybe someday, when I have the time, I may teach you a few of the simpler ones,' replied the fox airily.

Just then they heard the barking of a pack of dogs in the distance. The barking grew louder and louder - the dogs were coming in their direction! At once the cat ran to the nearest tree and climbed into its branches, well out of reach of any dog. 'This is the trick I told you about, the only one I know,' said the cat. 'Which one of your hundred tricks are you going to use?

Going Camping

Last weekend, my friends and I went camping. We reached the camping ground after we walked for about one and a half hour from the parking lot. We built the camp next to a small river. It was getting darker and colder, so we built a fire camp. The next day, we spent our time observing plantation and insects while the girls were preparing meals. In the afternoon we went to the river and caught some fish for supper.

At night, we held a fire camp night. We sang, danced, read poetry, played magic tricks, and even some of us performed a standing comedy. On Monday, we packed our bags and got ready to go home.

Holiday in Bali

We had a wonderful holiday in Bali. It was a really great place. The people were friendly, the food was great, and the weather was a lot better than at home. Most day were pretty. I swam two or three times a day, but my brother just spent all his time lying on the beach with his eyes closed. Last Saturday, I got on the bus and went the north of the island, it was much quitter there the city. Very beautiful, but no tourists. The next day we went across to the east coast to see some of the old villages. I learned Balinese, but I couldn’t say much and it was fun to try spoke with people in that village.

Rain is the primary source of fresh water for most areas of the world. It is also providing suitable conditions for diverse ecosystems. In addition, rain water is also for for hydroelectric power as well as plants and crop irrigation. Rain provides us life. However, how does rain happen?

The phenomenon of rain is actually a water circle. The concept of the water cycle involves the sun heating the Earth's surface water and causing the surface water to evaporate. The water vapor then rises into the Earth's atmosphere. The water in the atmosphere cools and condenses into liquid droplets. The droplets grow until they are heavy and fall to the earth.

When the doprelts fall to the earth, it is called rain.

But no one knows whether these are oldest rocks on Earth. Tests on rocks form the moon and on meteorites show that these are about 4.6 billion years old. Scientists believe that this is the true age of the solar system and probably the true age of the Earth.

Bale Kambang

Bale Kambang is a small village in the Southern coast of East Java, seventy kilometers from Malang town and two hours' drive from South. It is well known for its long beautiful white sandy beach as well as the similarity of its temple to the one of Tanah Lot in Bali.
