This happens when one’s emotions, attitudes, opinions or behaviors are being affected by others.

This is when a person is being influenced by someone he/she likes or looks up to.

This is one reason why group members look and behave very similarly with their friends.

This is known as anti or non-conformity.

This is similar to compliance but this usually stems from either respect or fear of the authority figure.

This proposes that leadership is a learned behavior.

The leader’s role is to motivate others to support the vision and make it happen.

This also refers to “good public relations”. ▪ This is usually practiced to avoid clash or conflict with other people or a certain group which may work positively or destructively.

This theory suggests that there is no one style of leadership and that leadership behaviour is based on the factors in a given situation.

This is often defined as typecast as someone who is the head of a group of people by virtue of having great strength and wisdom.
