The word kahf means?

What does the story of seven people in the cave teach us in surah Al-Kahf?

• Whatever happens in the life in case of belief, we have to leave our belief and lead a free life.

• When obstacles and difficult time arises, we have to leave the religious customs and rituals and be free from all rules.

• Allah Almighty puts the faith to trial and when a believer is steadfast in his or her faith, then Allah assists them in ways that are beyond comprehension.

• When the problems are there in the life, seek the easiest ways to get relaxation and run from problems.

The fourth story In surah Al-Khf is about great king Dhul-Qar-nayn who traveled all across the world to help the people who were in need and spread goodness wherever he went. He was the one who provided relief to people from the threat of Yajuj Majuj. He told the people that there is a wall that he constructed is the mercy of Allah that will fall down on the Day of Judgment and then Yajuj Majuj will come out. He was very humble and he knew that whatever he had given him by Allah.Mention one great contribution of king Dhul-Qar-nayn.

• Indeed, only those who believed can enter the paradise, and they are lucky to enjoy this earth also.

What are everlasting good deeds?

• Those all deeds which bring goodness for the doer.

Why Surah Al kahf is so important?

• Because it makes our ways easy to lead a peaceful and happy life.

The one story in surah is about two men one of them was rich having 2 gardens of grapes and the other one is poor. The man who was rich was a very proud man he took a lot of proud because of his gardens. He used to say his other friend who was poor that “I am greater than you in wealth and have more servants and attendants and also children”. One day he went to his garden and looked at it and said: “This will not be going to vanish ever”. He forgot to say Insha Allah that means if Allah will! As a result of this Allah Almighty deprived all the worldly artifice and bounties of him, which made him realize the short-term nature of the things of this world but by then it was too late for him.What lesson you learned from this story?

• The lesson is that all the wealth is also a test from Allah Almighty

• This teach us that all the blessings are eternal and we have to enjoy it maximum and enjoy well.

• A Muslim must also learn the lesson that the things of this world are all temporary and transient, therefore, when they are available one must thank Allah and spend on the ones who don’t have these worldly pleasures available to them.

Why did Allah express the 'marshalled' in past even though it is a future action.
