Why is choosing what to eat for a snack a health-related decision?

• Because some foods give you healthy nutrients and vitamins to make a strong body

• Because some foods taste good to me and others don’t

• Because some foods are bad for your health and could harm me if I eat too many

• What I eat will not affect my health

Every time you stay at your grandparents you eat at McDonalds, how does this affect your health?

• You could gain weight

• You could get a cavity

• McDonalds is unhealthy and make you sick

How can you influence your grandparents not to eat at McDonalds?

• Tell them about sometime foods?

• Teach them about the nutritional value that foods have?

• Tell them it has lots of sugar and can make you gain weight

• Strawberry milk has less sugar than chocolate and white milk.

• All Milk is bad for you.
