Present progressive tense is used when

• the action happened yesterday

• the action never happened

• the action is happening right now

• the action will happen soon

To form the progressive we use the verb

• SER
• ESTAR

The ending of the -AR verbs is

The ending of the -ER verbs is

The ending of the -IR verbs is

• ando
• iendo
• aiendo

Some -ER and -IR verbs get the ending, "-YENDO" to keep 3 vowels from blending.
