وَأَنْتَ حِلٌّ بِهَٰذَا الْبَلَدِ

What is the translation of this verse.

• And a tongue and a pair of lips

• On them will be fire vaulted

• And you are a free man of this city

• Does he think that no one can behold him?

يَقُولُ أَهْلَكْتُ مَالًا لُبَدًا

Translation?

• We have certainly created man into hardship.

• He says, “I have spent wealth in abundance.”

• Have We not made for him two eyes?

• It is the freeing of a slave

أُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْمَيْمَنَةِ

Translation?

• Those are the companions of the right.

• But they who disbelieved in Our signs – those are the companions of the left.

• Over them will be fire closed in.

• I swear by this city, Makkah

وَوَالِدٍ وَمَا وَلَدَ

Translation?

• And you, [O Muhammad], are free of restriction in this city

• And [by] the father and that which was born [of him]

• We have certainly created man into hardship

• And have shown him the two ways
